Shadow Work Is Terrifying

Shadow work is terrifying at times. It’s normal to feel afraid of what you might find in your unconscious mind, but it doesn’t have to feel like this forever.

I don’t want you to feel like shadow work is always heavy - sometimes there’s fear and wounding, but some shadows require a more playful approach.

What game do your shadows play?

I think it's hide and seek.

Remember hiding and seeking as a child?

Kind of scared, kind of excited, always engaged in the anticipation of discovery.

With shadow work, you are both the hider and the seeker, and the game is endless exploration through your soul and psyche.

Don’t give up on your self healing process if you don’t find your shadow hiding under the bed, they might be creeping behind the curtains, or perhaps they’ve been standing behind you the whole time.

Shadow entities live in shadow territories, and your task is to become familiar with all the hiding spots and names of the shadows you’re seeking inside yourself.

But what if you’re scared of what’s inside?

I want you to take the mentality of a confident, courageous, and resilient child.

When you are the seeker, seek with playful intensity, and never forget that there’s often good reasons why some parts of yourself are still in hiding.

This is the great game of shadow psychology: the eternal dance of soul and psyche; the ever-flowing process of self-discovery and self-concealment.

Stay curious, and seek deeper,

I created this online course for self-motivated introverts who like the idea of postgraduate study but want an embodied hide and seek experience which is far more soulful and practical than what’s offered in narrow-minded institutions.
