Do You Even Care?
If you don’t care what’s happening around you, neither will your brain or body.
If you’re stuck scrolling into unconscious screentime on a daily basis then you might suspect you have an attention deficit... but your consciousness is vast and complex, and clinical language is often overused when trying to clarify attention issues.
Let's zoom out and take a wider perspective:
Do you have an attention disorder... or is there nothing worth paying attention to?
Do you struggle to focus... or is there nothing worth focusing on?
Do you have issues with consistency... or is nothing really worth the sacrifice?
It's difficult to escape screen sucking patterns unless you have a reason to stay offline.
If you want to feel smarter and sharper, then you need to heal your attention and restore your focus to its natural clarity.
It's not enough to stumble through 2024: you need to get offline and take the time to look inwards and cultivate a deeper reason for your existence.

Bonus Tip: Start reading physical books, not audiobooks or podcasts.
Physical books serve as a somatic anchor, and they're an excellent way to practice active focus and restore your attention span without excess screen stimulus.
I recommend reading real books and switching randomly between two different highlighters while taking notes because it turns reading from a ‘serious task’ into a playful movement flow, which is physically refreshing when you spend most of your time plugged into a laptop or phone.
