Do You Have The Will To Heal?
If you’re struggling to stay consistent on your self healing journey, then I want you to focus on developing your healing willpower.
Strengthen your will to heal.
Stop getting distracted on YouTube, and start adding even more intensity to your psychological studies than you might consider reasonable.
Lean into your healing intention.
The will to heal is a non-negotiable trait for anybody who is serious about their personal transformation because deep healing requires you to stay consistent over multiple years, especially if you want to work through complex challenges, traumas or identity issues.
If you’re serious about cleaning up your psyche, then you need to make sure you’re genuinely devoted to the self-healing process because there are no shortcuts or quick fixes, and you’re going to need the will to heal if you want to get through this.
I want you to cultivate a mindset of compassionate ambition, or ambitious compassion, for your self integration process.
Your greatest healing gains will be felt through consistent healing action over time, but this will require you to be consistent for a much longer time than you might have expected when you first started trying to clean up day-to-day emotional challenges like anxiety waves, existential collapses or romantic frustrations.
Whatever you do today, stop scrolling the feed and strengthen your will to heal instead.

I created this intense course for self-motivated introverts who like the idea of postgraduate study but want an experience which is far more soulful and practical than what’s offered in the old, narrow-minded institutions. Tap the link above for a hybrid curriculum which feels like an exciting blend between action-oriented therapy and a mini-masters in self-integrative shadow psychology.
